History
We are the Dhahran Engineering Consulting Office. We do design, supervision, project management and engineering arbitration.
The Dhahran Realization Office for Engineering Consultations was established in October 2019 AD in the city of Dammam, where it merged with the Realization of Specifications for Architectural Contracting, which was providing residential project management services only to work under the name of the Dhahran Realization Consulting Office to provide design and project management services.
Within a short period, the office was able, thanks to God, to manage more than 150 housing projects for the bone and finishing stages, the value of which exceeded more than 100 million Saudi riyals; The office also worked on the designs of various housing projects.
As a result of the labor market's need for specialized professional establishments that serve designs and manage residential projects, a branch for the office's activity has been opened in the city of Riyadh, and we are looking forward to opening other branches in the western region.
