Kia Al Jabr Showroom - Dammam
The fit-out works included gypsum partitions, painting, wood finishes, gypsum ceilings, administrative offices, restrooms, reception area, and final lighting works.
SPIMACO OFFICES
Our scope of work included a full fit-out for a 1,200 m2 office building. The project has shared and closed offices, CEO and managers' offices, a server room, prayer room, meeting rooms, dining halls, and SMART systems for AC, CCTV, and lighting controls. It also covered flooring, glass work, and all necessary finishes to deliver top-quality results.
Excel Care Medical Center
Our scope included delivering a fully finished medical center. The works covered gypsum walls and ceilings, wooden flooring, lighting, HVAC, electrical systems, doctor’s clinics, examination rooms, a cafeteria, and a reception area to ensure comfort for both visitors and staff.
